“Being around animals is extremely good for children. They’re good for morale, and teach children about relationships and about
the needs of another living being – learning to care for animals helps them to learn how to care for people."
~ Dr. Harvey Markovitch, pediatrician and editor of The Archives of Disease in Childhood.
Pre-school at the Farm
Children thrive in a farm environment. Children and mud are a harmonious fit! Exposing children to a rural environment allows them the opportunity to freely explore the natural world without the worries of busy roads and other safety concerns. One of my favourite moments is watching the children run through the 2 acre field. The freedom and independence this brings can easily be seen on eight happy little faces.
An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language.
